Useful Information and Frequently asked questions
How do I measure my wrist?
If you're right handed:
Take a tape measure and hang it over your right wrist at the point where you would usually wear your bracelet. It's easier if the short side of the tape measure is facing the inside of the wrist, this way it will be easy to see the measurement. Move the end of the tape into the middle of the underside of the wrist and hold in place with your left thumb. Now roll the tape across your wrist and hold it with your left forefinger. You should now be able to accurately read the measurement - but don't hold the tape too tight. A nice comfortable but neat fit is what you are looking for.

Remember, when you select your sizing preferences when you order, you can select whether you prefer a tighter or looser fit for your bracelet and our 'No Charge' resizing service (postage fees apply) will allow you to vary the size, if needed, to make sure you are entirely satisfied.
Really, really easy method:
If you don't have a tape measure to hand, cut or tear a strip of paper, long enough to go around your wrist. Wrap it around and mark the line where the paper meets. You can then measure the width with a ruler to get your size!

How do I take care of my gemstone jewellery?
Your jewellery is made from natural stone - it's pretty hardy!
If the stones are dull, clean them individually with ONLY a slightly damp cloth. Never use any cleaning product on them.
Our bracelets are strung with a high quality elasticated polymer, specifically engineered for the purpose. But plastics do not like solvents, so please don't shower, bath or swim while wearing your bracelet. Always put on your bracelet AFTER using cologne or perfume.
It's not a great idea to wear your bracelet in bed either, as you might pull on it in your sleep and overstretch the stringing material.

Do you have a shop?
We don't have a shop, with high business rates and rents, we have made the decision to trade exclusively online, but you may see us at trade fairs or other exhibitions around the UK.
How long before I get my jewellery?
All bracelets and necklaces are made to order, but we usually take no longer than 3-5 working days to process your order. We post the next day, but actual delivery depends on our shipping partners.
All UK orders are posted Royal Mail Signed-for services. We prefer to use First Class as the Post Office delivery aim is 1 day, but we leave the choice of class to you and whichever you choose, we supply you with a tracking number so you will always be able to check. Most international orders are shipped via MyHermes, an organisation with whom we have a positive and longstanding relationship. Again, all orders have a tracking number, so you will be able to keep tabs!
