OUR GUARANTEES
Your Satisfaction
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so from 30 days after receipt of your bracelet or necklace, you can return it for a full refund.
No questions, no quibbles.
Whatever the reason, we will honour this guarantee, but we do ask you to return it by signed for post and to just let us know that your item is on the way.
Our Materials
We make our beautiful, high-quality stretch bracelets using natural semi-precious gemstones, with Swarovski® crystal, other Czech crystals, Cubic Zirconium (Zircon) and metal accents. The only stretch material we use is Beadalon® ‘Elasticity’, (usually 0.5mm), a polymer specifically engineered for this purpose by the market-leading company.
Our knotted necklaces are made with Beadsmith® SuperLon size C (usually 0.9mm) which is a soft, woven and super-strong Nylon cord. Our metal necklaces use a range of chain, from Nickel- and Cadmium-free gold and silver tone chain to 100% recyclable high-sheen Aluminium. For some of of our high value necklaces we use Gold plated 925 Silver or 925 Silver chain - but we will always specify the material used on each item.
We have a strict Honesty Policy and will ALWAYS be clear and specific in our description of both products, and the materials they contain. We value you, our customers, and we expect you to demand the highest quality products described accurately and honestly.

Our Gemstones
To ensure consistent quality and reliability of supply we buy our semi-precious gemstone beads from UK suppliers, although of course these stones are produced and shipped to the UK from all corners of the globe.
We will always describe our gemstones honestly - for example, we will always tell you if our coloured jade stones are natural or dyed. We will always tell you, for example, whether our turquoise-coloured stones are natural Turquoise or turquoise-dyed Howlite. We will always remind you that Goldstone (both gold and blue) are man-made composites and not a natural earth-mined stone.

Our Crystals
Our feature stones (balls, crowns etc) generally contain Cubic Zirconium (Zircon) crystals mounted in plated brass findings. We always describe these as Zircon. Likewise the crystal spacer bars contain Zircon.
We use Swarovski® crystals in many of our smaller stone bracelets, and will always describe them as Swarovski®. We buy our crystals only from Swarovski® accredited UK suppliers.

Our Pearls
We only use Swarovski® pearls in our jewellery, sourced only from Swarovski® accredited UK suppliers.
Our metals
We do not make 'fine jewellery' and so we do not, as a rule, use either Gold or Silver.
From time to time we do extend our range to include 925 Sterling Silver, but items will always reflect this in the description.
The metals we use for spacers are generally brass plated with a gold-tone, silver tone or rose gold-tone coating. To try and make this clear we only ever use the lower-case words 'gold', 'silver' and rose gold' to describe these metals and avoid confusion.

Our shipping
We do not charge for packaging. Our postal rates are lower than you can find in a Post Office as we buy our postage online and in bulk - and we pass that saving on to you. We use Royal Mail Signed for Services for all UK postage, leaving the choice of First Class or Second Class postage to you. We use MyHermes to ship to the majority of other countries around the world. We supply a tracking number for all our shipments to help you keep track of progress.
Resizing
If you need to have your bracelet adjusted, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. Unlike some other suppliers we do not charge an admin fee to resize, although we will ask you to pay the return postage.
Breakages
With care and attention your stretch bracelet should last for many years - but we are realists! We know that sometimes stretch bracelets do become more fragile with age and anyone can have an accidental breakage.
So, we offer a further LIFETIME guarantee. If you have a breakage, we will ALWAYS, fix it for free. We do not charge an admin fee for repairs, although we will ask you to pay the return postage.
In addition, should you lose a stone or two, we will always do our best to replace up to three stones at no charge. It's easy to replace a Hematite or Onyx stone as there is little or no variation in colour. Likewise, it's easy to replace a red or yellow Tigers Eye, but due to the variation in other stones such as Jaspers and Agates we cannot guarantee to be able to make a match. To replace a keystone or metallic element there may be a small charge.
