Our Terms and Conditions
If you've read through our site you'll know by now that we like to keep things nice and simple - and so are our terms & conditions:
The Contract
When you click to buy an item, and pay your hard-earned money we contract to build the bracelet you have selected and post it to you via the shipping method you have selected and paid for. And that's all there is to it, end of contract.
Delivery
When we post, we obtain a tracking number and that is a proof of posting. If your item doesn't arrive, the tracking number is your evidence to make a claim against Royal Mail. But we have very, very rarely ever had an issue with Royal Mail delivery, and we will fully support you in your claim against them.
Consumer Rights
All of your consumer rights remain intact.
Aftercare & Repair
Our Aftercare and Repair services are offered to you - free of charge except postage - in addition to our contract because our customers come first - you are our business.
Photographs & intellectual property
Unlike other sites which try to prevent you using or sharing their pictures we ENCOURAGE you to share! If you love our work, share and share again - but we would like you, if you would, to share the versions of our work from our Instagram or Facebook pages - but only because those versions carry our logo, and it will be easier for your contacts to find us. If you love us - share us.
Liability
Like any item which contains small component parts, a broken bracelet and small beads can be a choke hazard to animals and small children. They can also be a trip hazard to older people, so please take care of your bracelet. We ship you a complete stretch bracelet, but we don't accept liability for any accidents or injury which might occur after our contract is complete. Some people may have an allergy (sometimes without being aware of it) to particular metals. We make no claims for our metals to be 'zinc-free', 'lead-free' etc, so we don't accept liability for any rare allergic reaction to our components.
End of legal stuff
And that's it. No attempting to bamboozle you with legal jargon - just a simple and honest agreement to honour our commitments.
