If you have under- or over-estimated the size of your wrist just 'purchase' this item and send the beads and other components back to us. We will happily replace up to three beads for free, although there may be a charge if more components are missing and need to be replaced - but we will do the best we can. All we ask is for you to pay the return postage.
Do remember though that our beads are made from natural rock, and we may not be able to exactly match colour or pattern.
